Unfortunately, Blogger groups posts by date, rather than attaching a date to each post. Given that, I don't know if it's possible for a blogger blog to put the date below the title. I recently moved from Blogger to self-hosted WordPress. The theme I use currently is a modified version of the Blue Spring template for WordPress as converted by Headsetoptions.

Unfortunately, Blogger groups posts by date, rather than attaching a date to each post. Given that, I don’t know if it’s possible for a blogger blog to put the date below the title. As for making “Comment now” bold, you would only have to wrap the appropriate part in <b> tags.
